How much are rooms?
Rooms are $136 (plus mandatory state taxes!) per night for 1 or 2 people, and $10 more per person per night (helps go towards the breakfast and drinks reception).
What is this about breakfast?
Breakfast is beyond your expectations for a hotel, with cooked to order omnomelets, waffles and pancakes, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats and breads, sausage gravy and biscuits, cereal, fresh fruit, oatmeal and beverages. The breakfast is served from 6:00-9:00 AM Monday thru Friday and from 7:00-10:30 AM Saturday and Sunday.
What free drinks?
From 5:30 - 7:00 PM each day there is an "Evening Reception" - the reception includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light appetizers too! That's right, free drinks!
Do I need a room for these benefits?
You need a room to get the free breakfast and free drinks. There may be a ticketing system too, so having more people in your room than booked they may not all be able to get breakfast or go to the reception. Don't forget that rooms are super huge and spacious, probably bigger than any hotel room you've ever stayed in.
The Embassy Suites in East Peoria has one of the biggest conference centers in Peoria, recently built less than ten years ago. We will have more event space than ever for large dances, video game tournaments, concerts, screenings, dealers and artists, and everything else.
Conveniently, there is a Steak N Shake right across the street from the hotel, making getting lunch nearby a breeze. We've tried to find the best location possible, and here it is!
When we first moved to this location, we had been working for months to bring Anime-ZAP! to the best location possible, and there is no better place within hundreds of miles. Rooms may seem more expensive at first glance, but the included hot breakfast and free drinks, plus the giant size of the rooms, makes it an obvious choice once you see it. That's not to mention convenient free parking, and Steak n Shake directly across the street. This hotel is beautiful, and provides more space for convention events than ever.
