Pre-Con Registration Has Ended

If you registered and paid online.

• You may pick up your badge around 9am Saturday morning at the Four Points Hotel (downstairs, you can't miss us).
• You're name will be on a list at the registration desk, which is on the lower level of the Four Points Hotel, bring some form of ID or your confirmation email if possible.
• You'll get a convention wristband that gives you access to the con all weekend. Don't lose it or take it off.

If you have not yet registered.

• You may still register at the convention starting around 9am Saturday morning at the Four Points Hotel (downstairs, you can't miss us).
• We will ask you to fill out a registration form and pay $25 at the door.
• You'll get a convention wristband that gives you access to the con all weekend. Don't lose it or take it off.

Directions and parking
The hotel and con is entirely at the Four Points Hotel, 500 Hamilton Boulevard, Peoria, IL 61602. There is a parking ramp attached to the hotel, and the hotel will validate the green parking cards at the front desk for Hotel Guests.

Hotel Rooms

The convention hotel may still have rooms open for congoers, even at the convention for the rate of $89. If the hotel says that no more rooms are available at that rate, or if there are no rooms left at all, please contact the con. You should be able to Click Here To Book Online.

When should I pre-register?
The sooner you register, the lower the admission price you pay. Online pre-registration is a very easy and quick way to pay. Many people register as early as possible to save as much as they can, but some also wait until they can be certain they know that they are able to attend the convention. We recommend registering as early as you can.

Why do you ask for "character"?
You can leave this field blank, but this allows us to get an idea of which costumes to expect. In addition, it helps us find you at the convention if necessary. Normally we would also put this name on your badge, but attendees at Anime-ZAP! get a wristband instead of a wearable nametag.

What's this wristband for? Why no badge?
Wearable nametag badges cost a lot to print and prepare for the convention. Using wristbands is just one of many techniques lets us keep admission costs for Anime-ZAP! far lower than any other convention in the area.

How do I get my ticket/wristband at the door?
We will check your ID against the name you give here, and make sure you are who you say you are. Please make sure all the information given here is correct - we need to use it to contact you with information about the convention. If you provide an invalid email address, we can't send you email confirmation.

What type of payment do you accept at the door?
Cash or check only. To pay via any other method, you must use the pay-in-advance option.

Why do I pay more if I don't pre-register?
Your pre-registration helps us account for the number of attendees. If we know to expect you, we know how many games to have and how many events to plan.

Is there a group discount?
Unfortunately no. By eliminating extras like badges and multi-page program books, Anime-ZAP! can create an amazing weekend experience at a much lower cost than any other convention.

Can I register on behalf of someone else?
Only with their permission.
